MTLF Support Structure

Sustaining Supporters - $10,000 and up

• Three-year commitment of support for MTLF
  (payable annually or in one payment) 
• Sustaining supporters receive waivers of registration fees for two individuals at each MTLF Forum, plus discounted registration for additional attendees.

Annual Supporters - $2,500-$15,000 per year

• Medical Technology Companies (large) - $15,000
• National Trade Associations - $15,000
• Medical Technology Companies (small) - $5,000
• Academic/Research Institutions - $ 5,000
• Professional Societies - $ 5,000
• Secondary Professional Societies - $2,500
• At Large (consulting firms, venture capital, others) - $ 2,500

Annual supporters receive one registration fee waiver per MTLF Forum, plus discounted registration for additional attendees. Annual supporters also receive appropriate recognition on the MTLF website and in conference materials and reports.

Sponsors

• Organizations may choose to serve as a sponsor for a particular forum event. Sponsorships range from $5,000 - $15,000 per forum. Sponsors receive waivers of registration fees (1-2 depending on level of support) and recognition in event materials.
